best rear delt exercise (sbl lifters gtfih)

i need a good rear delt exercise that is stable, can progress good in, and actually hits the rear delt good

i have a home gym so its literally impossible to hit rear delts without doing some dumb unstable rear delt flies that more than likely hit the upper back

i need it now so i can go hit gym :Comfy:

face pulls are insane they are also really good for shoulder health

I do these ones, but seated
ngl i have no clue if they work, but I feel sore afterwards so its working A muscle lol

i personally just do reverse pec deck and works pretty well

Back when I was training at my house, bent over barbell rows always hit my real delts well, just make sure that on the way down you let go fully so you can get that stretch.

Why don’t you just go to an actual gym tho?

i personally just do reverse pec deck and works pretty well
yeah i would do that but i have a home gym which means i dont have any machines just a pulley :hnghn:

Why don’t you just go to an actual gym tho?
dont have my license yet and i like training at home nobody steals my plates or is in my way

If you have a cable machine at home do rear delt cable flys

If you use cuffs and and proper form their easily the best rear delt exercise

Their also supper easy to progress on

Also a lot of people say to not do to much wait on rear delt flys because it hits your traps instead but that’s not true and you should be doing ass much wait as possible with progressive overload
