Best red light lamp to buy?

I know joov is one of the most popular brands but those are like 600 dollars and I doubt it’s worth the full 600. I feel like there’s an alternative for atleast half that out there I just don’t wanna get swindled when I buy one. Any of yall have experience with red light therapy and can recommend me a lamp?

If ur going to use one. Use the most expensive and highly researched one with papers showing results. I read a literature sometime that red light therapy at higher temperature than usual caused a severe collagen loss. Make sure to buy a proper one
