Hi there,

I had an upper-jaw surgery which had the side effect of giving me a downturned/ squashed nose with less nostril show. I am looking to restore my original nose (left photo) and that's it. But I'm terrified of the surgery making me look more feminine as I don't think my face could handle it, so I need a very natural result. With that said, even though my nose widened a bit I think I should not make it narrower and just focus on sharpening up the tip/ bridge again and maybe upturning the nostrils a bit.

My budget is about $10k. I am considering Dr. Ahmed in Turkey due to his good results in men. Any suggestions for my particular issue, in terms of surgeons or other advice?

Thanks !

I think your nose looks better after tbh. I had mine upturned during the bimax and it looked much worse. Got rhino after
What makes you think that? I personally think a more defined shape like the original nose looks better, I got a similar one to the after picture nose and also looking to consult somewhere like OP, gives a blob like appearance and doesn't fit my face

Disagree, I had a strong sharp nordic nose before now it just looks squashed into my face. One surgeon told me he doesn't think a rhino for such a small change is worth the risk.

Nope I have a long face but not excess gum show... just advancement and widening.

100% I really don't like how it looks but my face is already small my face can't handle a feminine nosejob I'll look gay. Bigger more robust faces can tolerate a result like that much more. Not sure what to do.

Yea same boat, it's frustrating cause when I look for places the only pictures people or the place post are side profiles which I don't really give a shit about mine is fine, no bump and no curve just straight, it's the front that I got a problem with, I just want some shape at the bottom. If you find any other places that peak your interest do let me know if it's not a big hassle, I'll look into the Dr. you already mentioned

I thought maxillary advancement makes the nose more upturned yours drooped down instead

i need rhino too nice bro!

You're exactly right. You can only tell if a rhino looks fake on men from front view and they rarely post this so how can I know? And the ones they do post, the starting point was so bad that even a little fakeness isn't terrible. Dr. Tito Marianetti declined me and said I don't need it my nose is fine, Dr. Ahemed has 4x the following on Instagram and I have a consult booked with him this week. Most surgeons lie though they'll tell you the result won't look feminine or fake and then they'll go ruin your life for $10k.

There's one other case here that resulted in the same. I don't know why we didn't get the typical upturned result. He did a high-cut lefort maybe that's why.

Do you think your face looks a bit shorter?
when you smile, do your upper teeth show a bit less than they used to?

In some cases surgeons accidentally wobble the maxilla up or down before fixing it. If you are a case of accidental impaction then the droopiness makes sense.

Another thing I'm worried about, I'm not sure the rhino would make me more attractive per say I think it's just me that's seeing my nose as different is fucking with me a bit. You should never do a surgery that won't CLEARLY make you look better or you're asking for a disaster.

If you want the full story of my surgery you can DM me and I'll go in more depth. I left out details because I wanted the focus to be on my rhino.

I think you're asking me this because my philtrum looks longer, am I right? Yes, my philtrum appears longer now.
