Tito Marianetti in Rome seems pretty good. He has a shitload of B&A on his site and he only does rhinoplasty. Downside is he has a long wait list.

Just going by before and afters I liked dr Ahmet alp. a friend of a friend used him with great results
he has pics on instagram.. look him up
it depends what look you like turkey drs are a bit more aggressive with nose surgeries then say usa. To me a lot of American drs do work and it looks like nothing was done.
if you want more drs that are considered good over there pm me.. down the road I will get ryno and veneers over in turkey . Maybe hair transplant..not sure of quality of hair drs over there haven’t researched it alot.. but for nose n teeth. I thought turkey had just as good if not better drs at fraction of cost over in usa

The best surgeons make it so it doesn't look like you had surgery, they understand the art of being subtle which 95% of surgeons aren't capable of.

I mean it’s a matter of opinion of who thinks what’s best , some people want very subtitle changes and some are looking for more change because of major flaws If you want very very subtitle change I would stick to USA drs. If you want someone who will after trying to give you alittle bigger of a change I’d check out the nose drs in turkey.

I third Turkey.
The nose jobs performed by British surgeons are an absolute joke. I can’t believe they chose to share the results.
If you want a surgeon who lives and dies by their reputation without hundreds of results published, you should consider turkey and find the surgeon through Instagram or leddit.
You will probably pay more than in the west but the surgeon will be vastly more experienced.

Holy shit, his revision cases actually make the nose LARGER and longer and fix the botched faggy mutilated upturned look. Finally one of the few doctors who I might be on the same page with. I need to check this guy out.

Yeah, it's kind of hard to believe because most of his revisions are better than supposedly good surgeon's primaries. But he has great reviews and is all booked.

How did you find out about this guy? It's crazy to see a doctor that understands such obvious facts about the face and doesn't rotate everyone's nose into piglet status. That is very rare indeed.

He's associated with Ramieri who is a popular bimax surgeon on this site. The user Gaia had rhinoplasty with him, I believe. Marianetti used to do jaw surgery before he went 100% rhinoplasty.
