Best rhinoplasty surgeron in my country refused to operate on me

I spent like 1 hour filling its shitty online form.

I answered stupid questions like "muh how many times a day do you think about our nose?" or "muh do you feel a lot of distress because of it?". I sent him photos of myself from all angles, I sent him x-ray I took, and I even sent a morph/simulation of the result I was looking for. His response? "The defects of your nose seem minor and do not justify the risk of an operation".

Fuck, I was committed to spend a crazy amount of money to improve my nose. I wanted the job to be done by the best of best. Why is it so hard to even try ascending?

Just go to a different one, not many surgeons are based and know what makes an aesthetic face / nose.
Ascension can be quite tough tbh, shit will always happen, stay strong!

I already got a genioplasty. My nose looks indeed less prominent but it's still a shitty nose. The tip is disgustingly round. And from the front, the base is too wide and I would like to reduce it ideally.

Nothing can fix my long face and shitty ratios. I have to win points everywhere else I can.

I do appreciate you trying to spare me from such surgery, but I'm a little confused to be honest.
Maybe this is because you're not seeing my whole picture. I think a good nose would be an improvement.
Not everybody can handle this kind of nose. I'm not Tom Cruise. I'm not masc enough.
My nose does not match the "harmony" of my face.

I'm not very recessed but I'm downward growth.
I got a genioplasty already to improve my side profile. I do not believe a bimax is worth it. I have other planned surgeries.
I'm trying to improve whatever can be improved (including my nose) because as you all know downward growth is almost unfixable.

Anyway maybe my morph was shit and I can reduce the tip but keep a small bump so it doesn't look too feminine.
