Hello all, I decided to compile my personal top 5 looksmaxxes you can do in reference to improving your appeal to women statistically.
[first "decent" thread ever... im scared @strongmtn
]

Thread song(s)! (even tho i hate this section on other threads
and nobody reading ts)

For starters, I would like to briefly go over hypergamy for the greys - my reasoning below to give a general understanding for why being looksmaxxed is so necessary in 2026.
THE Hypergamy chart.
The chart visualizes the difference of women and men, and their expectations via the % of said gender falls under, showing us how women expect much more, marrying / expecting more than the % they fall under, causing males to have a lower general perceived attractiveness/worth. - We will increase our "%" via looking better.
GTFO if you believe that "women have to love me at my best", because its simply untrue for today's society for practically all women.
theblog.okcupid.com
^ Represents with data very well multiple graphs for dating sites, representing the exact same result:
Searching "Hypergamy chart with data" on google and going on images will find you multiple sources, some more reliable than others, so don't ask me about this part in replies

To go deeper as to why hypergamy even exists (if you were curious) , There are many reasons and theories for hypergamy, but generally it comes down to historical uprise and evolutionary instinct - thanks gemini
(and research jfl), but this segues onto my last hypergamy point and also my reasoning for the whole thread.
My personal / also a proposed idea for hypergamy's existence is due to media (exposing young children to romance movies) and my personal belief of the main reason being social media (tiktok, and especially with AI). Women are presented as so much more important than men when it comes to beauty and fashion, inherently creating reason to believe men might be less worthy in terms of beauty, factually being untrue (JBG
), and due to famous women all being attractive and talking about their extreme and unrealistic expectations for a man, Objectively "uglier" women follow suit:
Sadly, the truth stays the same even if the reasoning is retarded, but we can appeal to women easiest through subjective appeal to the most wide amount of women.

5) - Given this spot due to its difficulty and (potential) cost, however the ROI is HUUUUUUUGE if you stick to it.
Having a good physique
Incredibly obvious, but having a good and striking athletic appearance - optimally 10-15% bf, with 12% bf considered "prime" - likely due to it being the midpoint
https://bonytobeastly.com/most-attractive-male-body-survey-results/
Brad Pitt (Fight club) Is widely believed by many women to be one of their absolute favourite and "perfect" physiques in a man - 5'11 (Manlets, its never over!) [5'11 is not manlet height at all but its not 6'0+ JFL] with 8-10% bf - ofc this is paired with him having a generally striking and attractive face anyways.
Specifics:
V taper;
Clearly athletic, but not bulky;
Attractive facial features - i know this segment is about bf%, but i figured id mention that attractiveness is perceived through your ENTIRE body;
Lighting/lightly tanned skin - olive being considered the most attractive generally:
https://abcnews.com/Health/Wellness/tanning-study-shows-people-rated-hotter-darker-skin/story?id=12333040
I wont touch much on gym stuff, simply because i know if i go down the hardmaxx (roid/peptide) route, ill have people saying im wrong, and if i don't, ill have niggas replying that i shouldve mentioned roids
So i wont bother.
Most of what i said above (v taper, athletic build etc) is fairly easy to research on anyways, and do NOT require roids jfl

4/3) Hair is LAW, given this rating as its pricing is generally in the medium range to upkeep, but to improve can get pricy / side effects (minoxidil sides and pricing for example, and lash/brow serums are pricy and repetitive to purchase monthly.)
I say 4/3 because this covers eye area, which would've been my #3 anyway, due to its framing and one of your most objectively important frames of your face.
HAIR:
"Hair is law" is one of the few things tiktokcels actually got correct. It can act as the frame for your upper facial thirds, whether it be hiding, or accentuating certain features.
For your scalp hair, its very subjective as to what haircut you get, just make a post on org asking what haircut would suit you, and use AI to put it on yourself.- and as i said, you can hide/accentuate features with it, example below:
this also demonstrates optimization of ALL facial hair to an extent - Scalp, Eyebrow, Eyelash (not so much) and beard/stash.
For your eyebrows, Thick, Full, and naturally straight (or appearingly natural
) eyebrows are considered the most attractive. An example of eyebrow optimization can be seen above, with sources below. Again, eyebrow shape and size is subjective to each person. Pluck your unibrow and anomalous hairs. I personally recommend The Ordinary Lash And Brow Serum for... growing lash/brow hairs, has worked for me so why not jfl
https://jov.arvojournals.org/article.aspx?articleid=2809417
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25348339/
For your eyelashes, dark, dense and longer eyelashes are perceived as more attractive, easy to grow via serums
Facial hair (referring to beard/stache) Are again, subjective to what you're trying to accomplish with it, so i wont say much on that.
Oral minoxidil i hear is VERY good for hair growth, i havent tried due to sides, but there are good threads on oral minoxidil already so i wont regurgitate what they say and carry on.
Lash and brow serums by the ordinary worked for me, so i can only fairly recommend it.

2) Cheap for the most part, Great ROI and health benefits follow.
Oral and dental health:
Pretty simple but so effective
Brush your teeth effectively with an electric brush twice daily
Floss (if you want to, not really necessary but reaps positive results)
MOUTHWASH. Swirl in mouth in mornings for as long as you can JFL - 30-60s optimal for better breath
Metallic (or i hear copper has benefits) tongue scrapers - Simply put it scrapes smelly bacteria off your tongue, resulting in better breath.
Teeth whitening strips - Fairly cheap, don't get any actual bullshit ones tho make sure they have hydrogen peroxide in or they're 99% fake.
────────────────────────────✧───────────────────
1) Cheap, Amazing ROI and reaps crazy benefits, appearance and health related.
Skincare - I don't care if you niggas say its cope, it isnt
:
Skincare can benefit you in many ways, from
Hydration / appearing "shiny"
Cleanliness, better Hygiene is proven to directly align with female gaze!
https://www.ipsos.com/en-us/news-polls/Hygiene-and-Cleanliness
Fixing acne/imperfections (Spots, uneven colouring, bumps etc)
How?
there are THREADS and THREADS of skincare products, but here was my personal routine that HAS shown me benefits as of recently
Morning:
The Ordinary Salicylic acid
The Ordinary Hyaluronic acid + Niacinamide
The Ordinary Caffeine solution
The Ordinary Lash And Brow Solution
Cicaplast Baume B5+ moisturizer
Night:
The Ordinary Salicylic acid
The Ordinary Hyaluronic acid + Niacinamide
The Ordinary Lash And Brow Solution
Cicaplast Baume B5+ moisturizer
Acnecide
Dermastamping Hyaluronic acid each friday, 0.05mm for cheeks, 0.025 for forehead/chin.
Topical GHK-Cu is a popular choice, same with Tretinoin.
I would personally NOT dermastamp Tretinoin unless you're sure its safe, and to follow basic safety precautions first - trying on hand or other parts of body to ensure your source isnt infused with battery acid rendering you subhuman if you hadnt

I also havent tried Tretinoin + GHK-Cu, but i've done enough research to recommend them from the amount of benefits i've seen. Whether you inject or use topical or just stick to regular skincare, you will find positive results forsure. I could go on and on for benefits but i wont here, DM me / reply if you have any specific questions.
