nearly everyone i seen on this shithole comes in asking about the best softmaxxes possible, should i get double jaw surgery, etc. Skin quality is the most water shit ever and no one talks about it.
First step of improving skin
People with average bonemass but clear healthy skin almost always look more attractive than you'd expect. Good skin reflects light better makes your face look healthier and lets your actual features stand out instead of being hidden behind inflammation or discoloration. A lot of people skip straight to the most extreme ideas because they're convinced their bones are the problem. Sometimes the issue isn't your facial structure at all. It's that your skin is making every feature look worse than it actually is.

SKIN IS MORE THAN JUST ACNE
The second someone says "good skin" everyone immediately thinks no acne. That's where the conversation starts and ends for most people.
Skin is way more than acne. Skin quality is your texture your tone your pigmentation your redness your hydration your oil production your pores and how evenly your skin reflects light. It's the overall health of your skin not just whether you have pimples.
You can have perfect bone structure but if your skin is dull inflamed uneven or covered in dark spots people are going to notice that long before they start analyzing your jawline or eye shape. Your skin is the canvas for your entire face. Every feature sits on top of it. If the canvas looks rough your features won't stand out the way they should.

You can have clear skin with no acne but that shit doesn't stop you from looking like a beehive

HOW TO FIX ACNE/Texture

DermaStamp

If your texture is rough then microneedling with a dermastamp can help stimulate collagen over time which may improve the appearance of acne scars and uneven texture when done properly. It isn't an overnight but consistency matters.
The Dermastamp seriously helped my skin already and its only been 2 weeks

Tret/Isotret
If your face is constantly oily or you're dealing with acne then tretinoin is one of the best long term options. It increases skin cell turnover helps keep pores from clogging and can reduce acne over time. A lot of people notice their skin becomes less oily after adjusting to it but it can take time. Expect some dryness and irritation when starting.

Moisturizer
Don't forget about moisturizer either. A lot of people skip it because they think oily skin doesn't need it but a good moisturizer helps support your skin barrier keeps your skin hydrated and can reduce irritation from shit like tretinoin. Healthy hydrated skin also tends to look smoother and reflect light better.
