It has to be TD S1. Your list is missing The Terror S1. I actually thought The Wire S2 was its best season but it's a matter of preference as S4 is great too.

S2 of atlanta only has like 1 or 2 mid episodes. Teddy Perkins is awesome is Barbershop is funny asf. Maybe it was a stretch to put it in GOAT list but it's still very good TV.

BCS S6 was great, the ending too. it made the most sense from a story and character arc perspective.

Mad Men is good but a different kind of show. It's worth watching even if only for the female cast and the fact that it's well written/shot.

What don't you like about it?

It's not more what i don't like but it's just overrated. People claiming it as one of the best series ever made which is absurd. It's an above average drama series and i still haven't finished S3, Logan was the interest for me.
