Latisse is the most effective but only use If you already have a good eye area, as it can burn fat pads.
Castor Oil, Or the Ordinary Peptide Serum are good alternatives if you don't wanna risk it.

Only Latisse cause that or a typical mascara might have this effect overtime?

No just latisse because its a synthetic prostaglandin. But you def don't want to be wearing mascara if your straight.

Orbital fat loss goes away after stopping Latisse
