The foids are probably pretty uncomfortable while walking, at least at first.

I'm not saying don't do it. I'm say there's no magic pair of lifts that will give you a significant boost without the downside that walking is more uncomfortable. But if you gotta do it to be competitive in the dating market, then go right ahead.
