Cabtreo is honestly the best topical out there; not known by many. You can get it prescribed by a dermatologist or any health-care prescription. However, if your acne is hormonal it might not work as well and depending on your life style habbits it can come back. Accutane is really the only hormonal acne "defeater". You can try it out though.

Adapalene (0.15%): A retinoid that regulates skin cell turnover to keep pores clear.

I had severe acne and I used accutane for 3-4 months and stopped taking it after it had done its acne removing magic.

My nose got bigger as I aged due to enlargement of the oil glands. I never struggled with acne but my increasingly bulbous oily nose worried me to the point I tried everything. Tretinoin. Tazarotene. Co2 laser. You name it, I tried it. Didn't work.

So finally hopped on accutane 20mg ed. And just little over a month on it I'm getting asked if I had a nose job. I will be on accutane for life as its literally a free nose job

Yeah it's pretty unheard of which is suprising.

- I got prescribed with it by my dermatologist; but you can also get prescribed with it by a doctor, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. It's honestly the topical version of Accutane but obviously how it will work is dependent on the persons acne and hormones.


- It's applied in the night (7x a week) with a face wash (I recommend La-Roche Posay) and a moisturizer (any of your choice) While in the morning you ONLY use a face wash and moisturizer (and you need sunscreen because it will dry out your skin).

- Id recommend doing the routine in this order: Face wash --> Moisturizer --> Cabtreo. Putting the moisturizer on first can help with the irritation your skin will get when its being dried out.



Side affects:

• Skin peeling and flaking (exfoliation)
• Dryness and skin irritation
• Redness (erythema)
• Burning, stinging, or pain when applying the gel (which is why id put moisturizer first)
• Sun sensitivity

However, it will clear your acne but if it is hormonal and your life style sucks (diet especially) it will come back. Additionally you still might get 1 pimple every now and then since its not something working internally like Accutane.


If your acne isn't hormonal it'll work extremely well --> If acne is hormonal it could work really well or take it all away but not forever.

Derma route will give u other topical copes before Accutane. In my case when I tried derma route they gave me topical but wouldn't prescribe accutane at all because i didn't have any acne

If ur lucky they might give u Accutane after 6 months. That alone is too long to wait and that is if ur lucky. The best way to get accutane is through indiamart or steroids sites (they often sell accutane)

Just say it is the only proven method that kills acne (this is statistically true) and it has a wide arrays of uses too. Myself using it off label to kill oil on my nose. Hollywood stars micro dosing it etc. The versatility of accutane is unmatched.

Alright idk theyll prob want to go derm ill try to get them not to and js do third party research but we will see what will happen lowk wouldnt mind if it would help my looks other than acne and if i can get accutane maybe i can convince them to let me do some other peptides

Accutane will 100% help ur looks. And once they see that they will be willing to help u in other stuff as well. Ur main goal now is convince them that Accutane is the right move.
