can you name me a good cleanser or whatever and by retinoid do you mean retinol?
Retinoid is an umbrella term. It refers to anything with vit A properties. Tretinoin is what I use. You can use la roche posay, I find them a good brand.
They work, sure. Niacinamide is cheap and subtly helps with barrier support and texture. Good to have in a moisturiser. Get yourself a retinoid and suncream and you’ll be set.

Cleanse whenever then wash or before sleep too? Retinoid before sleep (do I wash it or sleep w it?), do I first wash my face with water then moisturise?
Sir, you get warm water, not hot nor cold, just feeling nice, warm, and soothing to the face, and apply it to your face until the face is sufficiently warmed up and wet. You then cleanse your face with your cleanser and wash it off extensively. After that, you dry your face either gently with a towel, via air, or both. If it’s night time, you will now apply your retinoid and let it absorb into the skin before applying your moisturiser then going to bed (you do not wash the retinoid off; you sleep with it). In the morning, you would not apply a retinoid and instead apply your moisturiser then your suncream.
