Morning:
-Water wash
-Plump serum (Not certain)
-Vit c serum
-Sunscreen (spf50)

Night:
-Foam cleanser
-Tretinoin 0.05% (3x a week)
-Moisturiser
-Cicaplast b5+ (same nights with tret)

Anything that can be adjusted/added/removed?

You technically could add topical GHK-Cu to nasal folds if you have them or any wrinkles in general, no matter how small. It's what I do myself.

morning just do water and spf. thats what I do for my whole skincare and my skin is good tho

only do this shit if u have sensitive skin
also vitamin c serum is cope unless its >10% pure L-ascorbic acid in an opaque airtight bottle/tube

for retinoids the best is tazarotene 0.1 EVERY NIGHT
obviously only works if ur skin isnt sensitive and u can handle it
either way tret is a good starting point but 3x a week is cope do it every night unless u just started skincare for the first time in ur life
