Yesterday, after the gym, which I got a great workout in and then came home, had a nice steak took a hot shower, took some supplements and bs, had homework but why raise any stress before bed? then I eventually got some magnesium glycinate, took 4 of those 300 mg each, then took 40mg of melatonin, then I went down the stairs and pinned 5 ius of hgh, then as soon as i hit my bed I turned on a show but it was all a blur I then went on to have to be the best night of sleep in my life, I feel like a new man rn, I can't wait till im on test and tren
