Yesterday, after the gym, which I got a great workout in and then came home, had a nice steak took a hot shower, took some supplements and bs, had homework but why raise any stress before bed? then I eventually got some magnesium glycinate, took 4 of those 300 mg each, then took 40mg of melatonin, then I went down the stairs and pinned 5 ius of hgh, then as soon as i hit my bed I turned on a show but it was all a blur I then went on to have to be the best night of sleep in my life, I feel like a new man rn, I can't wait till im on test and tren

Are there any downsides to melatonin?

yes ngl but idgaf, and alot of people in the space use high doses of it since it's also a good antioxidant, I know people who have done 200mg - 500mg melatonin while on tren

yeah bro but the problem is with those high doses for a long time, youre prolly gonna have to be on melatonin for the rest of your life since your natural production could slow or shut down. Kinda like trt ngl

idk i think ill be ok if i do one all nighter I'm usually reset

plus if you desensitize your receptors that much it will be a pain in the ass to hop off melatonin as your natural melatonin production will not make you sleepy enough

Were you trying to overdose?
 
i don't think u can overdose on anything i mentioned
1200mg of magnesium glycinate is a lot for me atleast
I took 300mg and i almost shit myself when i had to run in pe from it , + 40mg melatonin doesnt make it better

nah my dad got me some nice high absorption magnesium from his pharmacy, I used to have bowel issues too on zinc and magnisum but that was when I was taking the other type of magnesium which was citrate

I'm going to do some research on the studies about it. thanks for raising the concern, i don't want to stay on it
