Best sleep schedule for productivity? Any good habits to counter procrastination?

Sleeping schedule is currently fucked; please recommend timings for sleep and any relevant information.

I'm trying to lifemaxx and get started on some projects but I end up working too late into the night because I wake up late.

I also procrastinate work up until the very last 2 weeks of a deadline. Please share any tips that helped you :)
 
just sleep 8-10 hours a day simple. what time you go to bed and wake up will depend on your schedule

I've heard things about different types of sleep schedules like polyphaisic ones, do you know if they're good or is it mostly cope?

Genuinely what is the point of you engaging with this thread, throughout history different cultures have engaged in polyphaisic sleep i.e siesta cultures and first sleep second sleep in the middle ages.

it isn't age regressing as there have been studies done to show it can be as healthy as monophasic sleep.

No need to be so rude when I'm just asking a question to see if anyone has any experience in it and can help me starting it.

its cope, you need continous, uninterrupted sleep. when you go to sleep doesn't matter unless its like 10AM or someshit. just make sure you have a consistent bedtime. sleep 7-8 hours per day, johnson has a decent vid on it:

Best sleep schedule: sleep when you want

But it can't be achieved if you can't "work" at any time
 
personally i go for all nighers every other day and then usually go to sleep around 6-10am on avg i recommend defo
