Currently take magnesium glycinate, l theanine, glycine, sometimes apigenin and taurine and sometimes smoke some weed before bed.
I’m waking up like 12-16 times in the night and feeling tired after 7-9 hours sleep sometimes.
I don’t take those supplements every night apart from magnesium I feel like they are shit compared to good sleep supps
What’s a good one that will help me stay asleep throughout the night and improve my quality of sleep without feeling tired and groggy in the morning.
I have a whoop and will experiment with my score using different ones.
