Best split? I’ve been doing ppl with lots of intensity

Just looking for a. Way to maximize hypertrophy and get as big as possible. No roids
 
3-4 days a week. pick at least one movement you really look forward to each day so you don't skip the day entirely and accept the limitations of what you can achieve

day 1 - back + triceps

day 2 - chest + biceps

day 3 - legs + core

day 4 - back + side delts

day 5 - chest + rear delts + triceps

day 6 - shoulders + light arms

day 7 - rest
check on my split
