lifting heavy 3x/2x a weak
 
Intense lifting 3x a week and bjj or wrestling 3x a week

id say something like martial arts or basketball ,football etc. u need cardio sprints and jumping a lot. then ofcourse some lifting and calesthenics. but not too much itl decrease test

Any chad sport. Or just lift weights and lie about it. Ive lied so much ive convinced myself that they are true.:lul::lul::lul:
 
wrestling is the most chad sport
 
hell nah not when ur young u can lift but not too heavy itl affect growth
no xd i start lifting heavy at 15 i got 3 inch full beard at 17 and i grew taller went from 170-178 and now i am at 182 at 19
 
swimming and gym combined is the best option/

for health and horomonal shit sprinting, callensthetics, lifting. Basketball or Football maybe cricket if your trying to reputationmaxx (UK only dont know what school shooters do)
 
combat sports that do spar
(never do karate)
 
Any sport that is actually physically and mentally challenging.
Most importantly, it's the competitive aspect and masculine environment that will stimulate hormonal responses
