Adderall and dextroamphetamine by far, followed by methylphenidate and modafinil last. Adderall vs pure dex is bit up to preference and neurochemistry I think, Adderall is more "kick in the butt and edgy", pure dex is more "calm stimulation". Some need the extra kick in the butt noradrenaline and adrenaline effects of Adderall, for some it is too anxious/edgy and they prefer pure dex. Adderall is 75% dextroamphetamine 25% levoamphetamine. If you want to get "high"/euphoric/more dopamine pure dex is better for the same dose though. Levoamphetamine barely has any effects on dopamine.

Thanks a lot for effort, how much do you think I should get if I’m using it as recommended for 7 months, as in as often as possible without damage, is twice a week too much? That would be 56 tablets

I don't know man or how much you need it, of course the less often the "healthier" it will be and they will be more effective too. But I don't know what your needs are lol. I take them daily on a prescription but I am basically useless without them so..
