what are the best supplements to buy because ive only got zinc and creatine so far and need more, any suggestions??

I don't advice for any supplement really. Bryan Johson was retarded to do it. Beside collagen supplement that you can barely find in foods.

Supplements are something you use to address a precise micronutrient gap in your diet or to achieve a desired outcome. The best supplement stack for you is very dependant on your individual goals and issues. The most basic of recommendations is to make sure to fill in all of your micronutrient gaps, if you're looking for a little extra maybe consider ashwagandha or l-theanine, there are very little supplements that work, except those which seek to target a very focused issue. Complex supplement stacks particularly for looksmaxxing are cope.

I've stuck to this stack for basically 5 years at this point: Vitamin D3+K2, Magnesium Glycinate, Creatine Monohydrate, Vitamin E. Recently added Ashwagandha+L-Theanine for testosterone and stress support. I've experimented with quiet a few supplements but they basically do nothing. Mind you, I autistically track every micronutrient I eat, so this are just my consistent nutrition gaps I just cant fill with my diet alone (minus Magnesium Glycinate, that's just for sleep and relaxation, and creatine). However, most tend to be deficient in fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) and some minerals (zinc, iodine, iron and magnesium), you MAY lack some of these in your diet, but you need to track and figure that out, otherwise you're essentially just gonna be throwing your money away for no benefit. If you're just too lazy for that, just buy a high-quality multivit, creatine and forget.

Lowkey, I defend Bryan Johnson, he supplements based on his goals. I don't think he suggests the average person does half the stuff he's doing, it's excellent for longevity, but 90% of the population doesn't actually care about their longevity, at least enough to do anything meaningful about it.

Bryan is under a very tightly calorically restrictive diet, so he's probably not going to be getting most of his micronutrients, even less on a vegan diet, taking a shit ton of supplements is pretty much mandatory for him. I don't get the hate towards him, he seems like a genuinely nice guy doing something good for all of us.

Trust me, i supplemented as much if not more than him, and looksmaxxed way more than him and all the docs he has.
And the only logical conclusion is : Avoid ANY MEDICATION AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE UNLESS YOU'RE FORCED to. There are few supplements i still take and would advice for tho, but not 100 supplements daily which you don't know the interactions between each others. It's a crime.
My bet he will die at best in his 70s. and he didn't look younger facially, and in fact can't.
In fact, nobody can really get younger looking, beside with some deep plane face lift and fat transfer, but that's for oldcels. As a guy in his 30-40s there aren't really much to do.

Oh, I get now. I'm 99.9% sure Bryan Johnson isn't it for looks though, of course, part of being younger is looking younger, but Bryan's main priority is biological age (what hallmarks of age is your body struggling with, meaning: telomere length, genomic instability, epigenetic alterations, etc). He's not trying to maximize his looks, he's trying to maximize how long he can last alive.

I heard he also reduced his supplement stack, he basically made it into a couple of separate powders and like 4-5 pills now. However, disagree with him all you want, technically it's working, his biological age is going backwards, and he's one of the top performer "rejuvenation athletes" (yes, that's a real thing, and there's a ranking for them). Outside his biology though, I mean he KINDA is looking younger, at least he looks better than before.

But I have to say, I'm biased. As soon as I'm rich and relatively jacked, I'm hoping on that Bryan Jonhson protocol, because I DO NOT WANT TO DIE EITHER. Even if I die at 40 something in a car accident, at least I tried. Imagine going through all of this bullshit in life, just for it to end in a couple more decades. That's depressing and scary

props to you i have a different vision of life.
For me the part regarding looks is more important than the part regarding to "staying alive longer". Not saying health, because obviously health >>>>> money or looks.
I don't deny everything he DOES beside his supplements make healthier i agree with that. But i do believe the supplements will fuck him overtime. In fact it will. The more you take any medication the less you are bound to live longer. It's different from doing laser treatment, or procedures.
I would follow his laser/injections treatments for being healthier but i won't touch 99/100 of his supplements.

Still for me, what matters more is looks : If i can be a bit less "athletic" than him in my 40s, but still looks and reach chad level AND rather YOUTHFUL EXTERNALLY - face - i would take that everyday over his situation.

There I agree with you, I hope time and research will give us a clearer view on longevity. Bryan himself says much of what he does is experimental, he basically is a life rat. He recently found out one of his supplements (rapamycin) was actively worsening his health, it was aging him, I think it affected his cardiovascular function, and cholesterol or something crazy like that.

He also did some crazy procedure on a remote island to alter his DNA expression. Let's let time tell us what works and what doesn't, and hope he doesn't die earlier than he should. I 100% believe that if he keeps going like this and dies, he may change human longevity forever. Or maybe I'm just glazing the man too much.

Either way, health > money > looks > longevity.

i agree. And knowing i was my own guinea pig, i would try everything experimental BUT medications.
Only disagreement is that i would put looks before money when you're in prime - early teens to early 20s.
