gotta be honest with you, 2 days ago i took a 1mg pill of melatonin at 7pm by 9pm i was already with my eyes closed almost, melatonin is great if you trying to fix your sleeping schedule, if you tend to wake up mid night or else take delayed melatonin i read somewhere its good
