Okay this thread is right up my ally. The BEST way hands down is to use your toothbrush after youre done brushing your teeth and brush your lips to exfoliate them. It will literally make them bright and smooth the rest of the day. sometimes it chaps my lips but chapstick exists + i do it all the time its major
