what stack of supps should i use for primarily bone mass or height im on d3+k2 and magnesium rn and it works fairly efficiently
 
Supplements are mostly cope tbh.

But you can add iodine and strontium and i think everybody should be taking magnesium glycinate before bed and zinc in the afternoon

magnesium glycinate, zinc, d3, biotin, protein, and calcium all help with bone mass I'm pretty sure
