Turns out I have to wait a year for my bimax.

So I would like to get fillers in the meantime.

Can someone recommend some good doctors

The best I have seen has to be

Ideally would prefer someone in Europe or East Asia.

Only do your jaw and chin. Maybe under eyes if they're bad. You'll look like shit if you get them in the cheekbones, midface, lips, etc.

Brazilian surgeons are the best when it comes to fillers, its actually really commom here.
Also since Real ( 1$ = 5R$ ) is really dogshit you wont be spending much money.
