Best surgeon for SFS - is Ramieri good?

I have mild/moderate SFS.

Going to get a trimax with Ramieri In Nov. Heard he doesn’t downgraft much though.

is Ramieri good for SFS are there good results? Or should I do a consult with Alfaro or Raffaini? I’ll be in Spain and Italy to visit soon anyways
