Best surgeon for Trimax?

Who do you guys think are the best doctors to go to for Trimax? Thought it was pangioni but have heard a lot of bad stuff about him as of late.

there is no real best surgeon for bimax as allot of them specialize in different types of maolocusion, once you get into the high end with experienced surgeons that are willing to do larger movements, The good results tend to be case specific because the patient had a good base. Some high end surgeons that specialize in trimax are walline, gunson, Alfaro, ramieri, raffaini and many more but these are usually expensive especially gunson and walline and all the other us surgeons. I like ramieri because he is a jack of all trades but master of none, he offers implants with your bimax so he can correct the most falios out of any surgeon but its not cutting edge, its not going to ascend you to terra chad he's merely there to fix your falios, whereas someone like raffaini has a higher chance to ascend you higher but its still very rare and often comes with more risks. And there are also many unknown great surgeons that don't post their results and this forum doesn't have experience.
