Lefort1 would reposition your maxilla. But you can’t just Reposition the maxilla if your bite is fine. You would need to bring forward the lower jaw as well. That is called a bimax.

But no one would offer you a bimax based on the pics you provided.

I have a overbite bro, currently on braces, I’m not sure what surgeries to get, I believe my maxilla is shit, but I’m not sure whether to get any type of lefort or what, I also need to get zygo implants, which are better? Fillers or implants for more pronounced zygos
