yeah i agree with this

NEVER get implants without fa grafting over them, they don't naturally mimic the bone enough, and it leaves a little trough on the lateral infraorbital rim

NEVER get implants without fa grafting over them, they don't naturally mimic the bone enough, and it leaves a little trough on the lateral infraorbital rim
