best surgerys to fix narrow IPD

i'm thinking medial canthoplasty to get rid of epicanththal folds just to make the eyes appear further and lateral canthoplasty to widen the outside of the eyes and ofc increase canthal tilt

(I'm aware my eyelids are raped I already have that planned out I'm mainly worried about mt IPD and PFD)

your ipd looks just fine, i would focus on other problems you might truly have, getting darker eyebrows and lashes seems like the move for you right now

ipd is the most brutal pill to swallow because theres no realistic way to actually fix the root cause

medial and lateral canthoplasty could help camouflage it by increasing ur pfl and making ur eyes look horizontally longer but it wont actually change ur ipd since ur pupils and orbits stay in the same position

removing the epicanthal folds would expose more of the inner eye too so it could make the spacing look more proportionate rather than actually moving the eyes closer

the only surgeries that truly change orbital spacing are major craniofacial procedures like orbital box osteotomy or facial bipartition, which are dangerous as fuck and i doubt you could ever get a surgeon willing to preform it on u

Exactly yeah my only hope is to try and camouflage it, I would do OBO if I even could I just already have so many surgery’s I plan on getting my IPD is pretty bad but not horrible a lot of other things I need to fix, I just will not live a normie life I’ll die or get botched before I ever accept that
