For height growth u need 0.21iu per kg any less js stunting ur growth and test u can pretty much take any dose and add an ai

For ai to be sure u need bloodwork and it comes down wich ur using and u need to inject hgh every day like i do 20iu total every day till growth plates close i do 10 in the morning 10 befor going to sleep
