ur parents dont need to know anything if u live in eu ur lucky u can do bloodwork online u just sent them ur blood and u can see ur bloodwork on a website

idk the exact brand but u can research it prob pretty easily but yeah test is optional hgh will still work for u even tho it might not make u taller. only if ur late bloomer theres still chance but for wider frame etc. yeah works at 16 but blast between 8-12iu
