Best thing for redness/inflamation

My nose especially is usually really red and inflamed and i don't know what to do is there any topical things that can help.
I already got tinted spf ion want to cover it up tho id rather fix

Accutane or bust, everything else is cope, and ive tried everything, azelaic acid, tretinoin, tazarotene, salicylic acid, you name it. They are all cope. Accutane is the only thing that worked for me.

its acts as an anti inflammatory and can significantly help repair the skin barrier, and helps protect against UV induced flare up on your skin which would include your nose

i got it from the black market. Tried at first indiamart but it got seized at customs so i had to pay more at the black market, still worth it imo, as accutane is the only thing that works.

If ur country isnt strict with customs id go for indiamart. And as for the prescription im trying to get one, but i still have accutane "illegally" because its just that good.

yeah, also struggled with sebaceous hyperplasia and sebaceous filaments and overall oily nose, all gone thanks to isotretinoin only.

only 10mg daily, as that was per pill and they cost alot because i had to pay way overboard due to my indiamart order being seized, so i had to order somewhere else, but i did some research and even low dose accutane 10mg daily worked for my issues. I had no issues with acne as i was already on tazarotene prior to starting accutane, and tazarotene was good for collagen and acne, but i needed accutane to finally fix my nose issues
