what is the best thing for glowing skin and to get rid of dark eyes? im 16 and want something that wont mess up my hormones and fuck up my testosterone

that's because of legal stuff, chatgpt will also tell you not to get on hgh at 16, but its fine

they'd get instantly shut down if they started recommending hormone optimization to teenagers

how is test at 16 fine? i thought you permanently ruin your HPTA as youre still in development even if you use for example hcg and hMG

fair point, I wouldn't say it perma ruins it though, might just damage it a little bit

I have not dived into the test rabbithole though, but realistically if you're 16 you should be fine.
