Hydroquinone is a topical skin bleaching agent that works through the process of inhibiting melanin production
Obviously this won't work very well for you if the reason for your dark circles isn't hyperpigmentation, but if it is, great.
Every night, apply about a quarter pea sized drop of 4% hydroquinone to your undereyes. If the cream is still on your face, try your best to avoid the sun as it can mitigate the effects, or even worsen your hyperpigmentation.
I've provided an extra picture in the same lighting as my before photo, to prove my results aren't just lighting, even though some retards are gonna reply with dnr or tell me to kms either way.
