Best time of the day to take magnesium supplements?

why take magnesium supplements when u can just drink coffee
 
I recommend magnesium oil - you put it on your skin, it's kinda oily but it's not really oil, it gets absorbed and can raise your magnesium levels much faster than pills, in only a few weeks as opposed to several months. I recommend reading "The Magnesium Miracle" for more details.

i have 900 mg/day, 300 after meal 1, 300 after meal 2, 300 after meal 3. if you have daytime drowsiness just shift all to after your last meal.

any stimulant will deplete magnesium resulting in a need for higher magnesium dosage, the magnesium in coffee gets burned right after ingestion

250mg with breakfast (before working out) then 250mg with the last meal of the day before sleeping

so just drink more throughout the day

and that just shows coffee is extremely bio available compared to using capsules or even powders

why do stimulants deplete? i thought it was just stuff like calcium etc u shouldnt pair with
