I’ve been on accutane for 10 months and just stopped, it cleared my acne but i still get some pimples almost every week, pisses me off. Whats the best topical treatment for skin maintenance and fading acne scars? I bought tretinoin 0,05

I did the same thing, just continue with tretinoin and you should be fine, I from the other hand since it's OTC here do short cycle of isotretinoin
