Best Vitamins/pills to take

Trying to optimise health + looks at the same time. Not looking for placebo stuff or influencer stacks, just what genuinely causes improvement.
 
you should just eat healthy and sleep good. you dont really need to take pills or vitamins unless you have i deficiency. and maybe take creatine if you are doing sports or anything else althetic
 
Yo i did a quick search and actually found some interesting stuff i suggest doing some more research into those but i suggest vitamine D3 + K2, Magnesium Glycinate, Omega-3 (EPA/DHA), Creatine Monohydrate, Astaxanthin & Zinc Picolinate. U should search these up and look wich ones suit u best thanks for this thread actually learned some new stuff looking this up to and might be picking up some of these for myself aswell! especially zinc & Astaxanthin look pretty interesting. Good luck on your search and make sure to do ur own research since i did very minimal on these suppluments so far.

Add melatonin ashwagandha vitamin C

K2.d3,calcium,zinc I think those are the most important but just eat good
 
Astaxanthin and beta carotin for coloring
