BUMPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPYo i did a quick search and actually found some interesting stuff i suggest doing some more research into those but i suggest vitamine D3 + K2, Magnesium Glycinate, Omega-3 (EPA/DHA), Creatine Monohydrate, Astaxanthin & Zinc Picolinate. U should search these up and look wich ones suit u best thanks for this thread actually learned some new stuff looking this up to and might be picking up some of these for myself aswell! especially zinc & Astaxanthin look pretty interesting. Good luck on your search and make sure to do ur own research since i did very minimal on these suppluments so far.
