Best volume foods for leanmax?

Water fasting is BS for the leanmax (although made me feel great mentally) leads to binging (made me feel shit after) and muscle loss = not viable for leanmax

Hella calorie restriction = binge eating, not sustainable.

I can realistically sustain 2k calories a day without feeling the need to kill myself and can bare the hunger from that.

Need some good volume foods to eat, such as potatoes and salad.

(Obviously bulk of the diet is meats but I need some “filler foods”)

I’m active, 15k steps minimum, gym and 20 minutes cardio

Stop tracking calories and solely eat raw vegetables.

I just make chicken bowls every day only thing that helped me get lean and stay full on 1000-1200 cals

500g iceberg lettuce
200g tomatoes
Sauce: 100g sugarfree ketchup + 50g Quark + pepper + apple cider vinegar
500-600g diced chicken breast

739 calories 125g protein

Eating this every day for weeks now jfl tastes better when ur starving ( sometimes I switch the chicken out for ground beef and taco seasoning for variation )

Also make these banger protein pancakes when I want a sweet treat for about 145g protein ≈ 740 calories shit keeps me full all day

( 300g non fat greek yogurt , 3 scoops whey isolate, 50ml egg whites, 2 eggs , 90g erytrol 0 cal sweetener) basically 0 carb. U can add 40g flour for a more pancakey fluffy texture

Spam mushrooms, tomatoes, paprika, lettuce any vegetable tbf, u can eat pounds of these for very low cals, On my peak cut I was eating almost 3-4 lbs food daily.

Fucking mirin physique, mirin dedication to sticking to such low calories and appreciate good post.

I think with me is although, i’m not fat, got a few kg to drop, I honestly love eating tbh, not even talking about goyslop, even nutritious foods. Can even over eat on beef only, eggs, potatoes etc.

I honestly think for me instead of limiting calories (too much) I’m better off just spamming cardio. Like 2 hours a day incline treadmill (1hr morning, 1hr night after gym). I like the metal challenge of making sure I complete each hour, feels great after I do it. Would allow me to have more calories during the day. I’ll still try to volume eat with potatoes and such, but at least I get to eat more.

Feel you man I can overeat on almost anything too, the only way I was able to solve this and overcome binge eating is just stuffing myself with salads and chugging flavoured water rofll, no food fits in my stomach after that

You can eat 2 pounds ≈ 1kg of a sallad mix for 200 calories and make it taste half decent

I love doing cardio just for the debloat and feeling after but adding those calories to ur daily expenditure is not a good idea, most exercise calorie counters are WAY incorrect. The threadmill might say you burned 300 cals when in reality its more 150-200 or less.

Never do cardio so you can eat more it makes such a little difference, helps give you an extra edge if you are trying to get very lean however

Only reason I didn’t spam salad to be honest, is because it contains anti nutrients and toxins unless fermented. Realistically makes fuck all difference to the leanmax. May have to just suck it up and spam salad. Would prefer to spam potatoes to be honest, low calorie as fuck and got good amount of minerals in that shit.

Though of doing cardio makes me want to kill myself, but after it’s done feels good. NGL I spam David Goggins audios while I do it, makes me feel like i can go forever. Even if it’s not what it says it’s defo more than you’d burn doing fuck all.
