Best way for forward growth and wide face??

I am 13. I do mewing and try to have proper posture throughout the day. I feel like these aren't gonna help me much with forward growth and wide face. What should I do!?

thats all you do forward growth is just the natural facial growth from holding natural posture
thumbpull doesn't really work but do it anyways

It's genetics mostly, look at your mom and dad.
