Best way to build muscle

I’ve seen lots of different training routines for different reasons but idk which one is actually the most optimal for muscle growth and fat loss. Like if I want to build muscle and lose fat. How should I train

its almost impossible to build muscle and lose fat at the same time.
But I have done it with the help of noobie gains when I first started the gym. I would recommend PPLRPPL with 30 minutes of cardio.
I would do 10 minutes in the beginning 10 minutes in the middle and 10 minutes in the end of my workout on the treadmill 1 minute walk 1 minute jog.
If you are more athletic then I was at that time you can run more minutes or go longer on the treadmill.
first 4 months i lost 40lb and gained big increase in strength
