yeah this can’t be good right?

the first couple months i did it i was using toothbrush toothepaste but it lowk didn’t do anything

so i haven’t been using anything for months but it’s really starting to look disgusting

is there any other better way?

buy a uv retainer cleaner u put water in it and it shines uv light that disinfects your retainer works for jewelry to and it’s only like 30 dollars
