First and most important STOP EATING SUGAR FATTY
next find a BP 10% Face wash (I like differin) and use 2x a day
now this next step depends on skin type
Either stop using moisturizer AT NIGHT(if acne is really bad then stop all together)
or start using moisturizer(has to be good quality)
This will make your skin flake up and isn’t optimal at all or recommended to do but its worked every single time clearing my acne in 3 days(it wasn’t that bad at the start but still good progress)
THIS IS NOT LONG TERM IF USED LONG TERM YOU WILL CAUSE SKIN DAMAGE AND SCARRING
