Best way to clear acne scars?

My face is littered in red acne scars, basically a ton of red dots and red bumps everywhere on my face. I am currently on accutane (20mg, upping to 40mg soon for 9 months ish), although i dont have much active acne this is more to prevent future acne and more scarring.

I basically just really badly need help on how to get rid of this type of acne scar, like whats the nuclear option, and should i wait till after I finish my accutane course to do it?

If they are red dots just try ivermectin cream if they are pitted you need a subcision most likely

no pitted scars from what I've seen, just a lot of red dots and bumps

You need to shine a light underneath your face or from the side to check for pits but yw
