Need help w acne scars

Used to have really bad acne from accutane around 1.5 yrs ago and left me w some pretty annoying scars. Did I an RF microneedling session in April, started topical tret and injectable ghkcu daily in beginning of June. Just got another microneedling session done tdy. Anyone ever got rid of these and if so how?

A CO₂ laser may help, but it’s best to consult a dermatologist.

I’ve been going to the derm she’s the one that did my last 2 microneedling sessions and also recommended the topical tret.
