best way to clear PIE/ acne without a purging phase

Drop best products non cope that can help with PIE and Acne without having to purge to get results. I know diet has a big influence but I’m lowkey forced to eat school slop

Accutane doesn’t clear PIE effectively, and the acne I have isn’t terrible it’s like a couple pimples on my cheek / chin like maybe 4 in total it’s the PIE tanking me

Accutane would still work at a low dose however if u want to do it another way I would recommend either tret (titrate up concentrations monthly until u go from 0.025 to 0.05 to 0.1) or use taz nightly with clinadmycin gel in the mornings with 20 percent azaleic acid, maybe accompany it with something like oral doxy or mino for the first month - post 3 months stop cindamycin then post 6 months stop azaleic and continue with ur retinoid. Use spf50 uva and b covering sunscreen like ur life depends on it and moisturize well. Rep me and mark me as solution. (U can just do 10-20mg accutane and the doxy is only bcz u didn’t wanna purge)

Ngl I don’t got a good Indiamart source and the ones I have make you order minimum of 8-10 tubes and shipping is hella so idk if I can get 20% Azelaic acid only 10% from a store here in USA. Could you reccomend a good spf50 uva no white cast that doesn’t irritate skin etc and a good moisturizer. Also could you tell me what oral mino and doxy does

Minocycline and doxycycline are antibiotics for acne that calm down inflammation and acne for the duration of use - that’s why we use during the 1st month of the treatment to minimize any risk or purging, azaleic 20 percent will have to be gotten through an outside vendor as will your retinoid (tret or taz) of choice and cindamycin gel (topical antibiotic to kill of any bacteria causing marks). I order all my sunscreens from La roche possay they’re quite good.
