Poke some holes in them & bake on low. Then after 1-2 hrs smash & fry in high quality fat that fits your macros. This dehydrates them & breaks down the starch in 2 different ways & the oil prevents the long chain starches from reforming. Food with lower water volume & fiber is key on bulk because more cals per space in stomach.

or you could air-fry them so they actually taste good.

Air fried vs baking doesn't matter the point is to dehydrate. Fried in oil & salt > air fried for taste.

Fried in oil & salt > air fried for taste.
true, but too much fat you'd rather get from something else like meat.

cutting potatoes into chip shape and air-frying them with some spices is always a good snack.

It's high quality fat but you don't want to overdo just because it has no micronutrients. I use cultured 90%+ pure oleic acid & animal fat as well.
muuuhh micronutrirntzzz n shieeeet yummy olwic is soooo good for u 🤪

I've seen this vid before actually. Mechanistic theory behind oleic acid -> obesity is pretty weak. Problem is more likely seed oil contamination & linoleic acid,

high oleic diet is unnatural, its not as bad as pufa at all but it can still have side effects and your body creates mufa as mead acid if it needs it, i font aboid it like pufa but i limit hiw much i have
