Best way to debloat practically?

Recently there's been some talk about diuretics, carb-cycling and water flushing as ways to debloat and minimize bloating while keeping size. However quite frankly these ways all to some degree make you feel like shit and are quite impractical, for example they can't really casually be incorporated into daily life such as work or dates.
Also especially for dates I think that depriving yourself of water could be quite detrimental as this will definitely impact the way you act, and also "perform".

So what's a decent way to debloat somewhat which isn't super tedious? I usually just don't eat much and drink a lot of coffee to get me through the day, so that I can function well without getting a bloated gut. Any easy ways to improve this?

Am quite lean, around 15% (not frauding like most here), still notice a drastic difference from morning body and post-dinner body and face.

Lower salt intake (if its a lot) and up potassium intake, cut out refined carbs like white bread

Salt is the problem, if you eat too much then eat loads of potassium. It doesn’t happen overnight but after around 3-4 days you will see a big difference.

If you need an overnight fix then alcohol spirits would be the best for that as it drains you and the next morning you will have next to no water retention.

However quite frankly these ways all to some degree make you feel like shit
the looksmaxes that make you feel shit usually have the biggest changes
