What is the best way to get rid of facial fat in cheeks? (Not bloated, not fat, pure genetic fat distribution.)

I've heard Lipovela is great, swelling is bad though.

Lipo is less swelling but I will Need more sassion to See good results compared to aqualix the Bloat Stays way longer but the results Are also better
